Mechanical Installation Supervisor – Mining

Are you an experienced professional in the mining industry with strong expertise in grinding equipment, mineral processing and separation? We are seeking a Mechanical Installation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will work abroad for extended periods and play a key part in ensuring our installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As Installation Supervisor, you will lead and support installation teams and subcontractors directly in the field, while working in close cooperation with project management and other site stakeholders.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation activities at the project sites abroad

• Lead the daily work of installation teams and subcontractors

• Manage schedules, quality, materials, and site documentation

• Ensure a safe working environment and full compliance with HSE requirements

• Interpret technical drawings and documentation, and provide clear instructions to field personnel

What we expect from you

• Proven experience in installation supervision within mining industry projects

• Relevant technical education and a solid understanding of mechanical installations

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate field personnel

• Good command of English

• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on international project sites for extended periods

• Strong competence in safety and HSE practices
